Attend my first class tonight, which they offer to new students for free. The studio is very friendly, peaceful, and nonjudgmental! I really appreciate a studio that doesn’t have their nose in the air. This place makes any level of yogi feel comfortable. The teacher I had tonight was focused on «your» practice and«your» journey to wellness. So happy to have found a yoga studio to call home, looking forward to my next practice.

I have only been to this studio a few times but Kimberly is a very good instructor and I am enjoying the classes. Yoga can be a little awkward, especially for us beginners and she tries very hard to make me feel at ease.

Kimberly runs a great yoga studio. Right now it is just her running the classes. She has multiple different levels. I prefer the foundations and slow flow classes as I am new to yoga. She is friendly and really knows what she is doing. She gives email updates if there are any changes in classes/schedule/price deals. First class is free and if you bring a new student with you on the first Saturday of the month, you both practice free. So if you plan to get a friend to sign up with you, bring them on that Saturday ;-) The space is small right now so it is a good idea to sign up for the class you want. During the day, walk ins are no problem but some of the evening classes and the weekend classes fill up fast. She is moving to a much larger space in April!
