O’Reilly Auto Parts

I had been having a very hard time with my car over the past week. Two trips to the auto shop, the 2^nd being because of something that had gone wrong with the first stop. My Check Engine light had come on and my head exploded. I couldn’t believe something else was wrong with my car from just picking it up from the auto-​shop, which I will never go back to.
When I pulled into O’Reilly’s my day changed. Nick helped me out and ran a diagnostic on my Check Engine light, which I know they do for free. He didn’t have to walk me through the readings on it and go through and visually inspect under the hood of my car but he did anyways. Nick gave great customer service. He made me feel like there are mechanics out there I can trust and said to come back next time something is wrong and he can recommend a mechanic to me. I will definitely go back to O’Reilly Auto Parts and it’s 100% based on the extra miles that Nick went for my car.

I can’t imagine I’d ever say I LOVE an auto parts store, but this place is fine and dandy. It helps to know exactly what you need, but I did have a good experience today when I needed to buy power steering fluid for my import and wasn’t sure what was compatible. The first bottle was leaking, but this was caught before I left the store. In the end, I got what I needed at minimal expense in a decent amount of time.

Great prices, everything I needed was in stock, and great customer service I’m a woman who’s pretty DIY auto care savvy, and I didn’t feel stereotyped by the male associate helping me.

The guys who work here are friendly and helpful. They will give you topions so you can find something that will not only be good for your vehicle but also for your wallet. I almost always get my parts here when I have service done.

O’Reilly Auto Parts is close by and the people at the parts counter are friendly. One is even a lady, Jennifer, so I don’t feel so intimidated walking in there and trying to remember the name of the latest «thingie» my hubby needs to repair one of the cars.
They let us bring our dog in there. She loves to get out and meet her public. Jennifer likes our dog.
Sometimes they even call us to let us know our parts are in. My hubby says he likes this place.
