Be cautious about using Wheeler Termite Co. They quoted me $ 2300 for Section 1 work and another company bid at $ 700 for the exact same work. Also they put items in the section 1 which according to state law should have fallen in Section 2. This would have brought the bid down to $ 300. In general, be cautious with Termite inspection bids as they are often over priced. Always get at least one other bid.
