Terrible costumer service … this guy who wants to look like a cholo with la dodgers shirt and football Raiders poster everywhere needs to watch a training video about costumer service he screens to the people anyway I when to be helped but he don’t know that word

As if it wasnt bad enough dealing w the IRS this office doesn’t make it any easier. The guy that «helped» me showed no interest in assisting me. He looked like a cliché from a cholo movie bald and wearing raiders clothing. I explained my issue and handed him the letter. He asked me if I called the number and as I explained to him that I did contact them and still had issues he simply said keep calling them. He didn’t look over the letter give me contact info or even made any sort of effort to help me. Maybe because it was 3:45 and close to closing time. Must be a tough job referring people to a phone number.

The first time I came here was to make a payment. I was greeted by security, told me to take a number and sit. There was one other person in line.
Second time was horrible. Line out side and you can’t even hear them calling your number. The security was flirting with a girl, and told us we couldn’t stay in the shade. Why be are we were blockin your game you were trying to spit on the chick with a yoga pants booty. He let her stay in the shade while the other 30 patrons stayed in the hot sun. Bishhhh we pay you!!!

They don’t close at 4:30 they close earlier! They stop giving tickets about 30 minutes before and if you wait and they don’t call your number before 4:30 you have to leave. To make matters worse they tend to take their time too. All clerks are rude except for mmm let me think…“ONE!”. All clerks are eager to leave in this office, they don’t care and seem unhappy!!!

The guard was good he was really nice good the person who help me was the worst he was really rude he was just txting on his phone! While he was taking to me and he trew the w2 at me and i ask for a supervisor and they said there was none at there at the time i took a pic of him and the worst part they tol me they dint know wat to do thats there speciality and they dnt know what to do

After dealing with the Nazi Gestapo types at the Frisco IRS, I almost lost it at the Salinas office. First the security officer was very friendly and besides himself in offering help. Almost instantly I was ushered into a office with a IRS person who was more than helpful with advice that I needed.
I can’t recommend this office enough if you have the distasteful opportunity of dealing with the tax people.
The best of the worse.
