Inconceivable! Can it be that 30 years ago my mother, sister and I put this business together? It sure doesn’t seem long ago that we said «Hey, let’s give it a try.»

Since those early days our industry continues to change. We continually upgrade and invest in better ways to provide the best service & products for our customers.

Our focus now is very much the same as it was back then. Our location offers a strong collection of services at reasonable rates and provide the best of professional and courteous service. The simple concept has contributed much to our success and is reflective of our long-​term commitment to our customers.

With all the services we provide, maybe there’s something we can do for you in the future.

You are only as strong as your weakest link. I’ve purchased supplies and had family passport photos taken here from a gentleman and also a young brunette gal, both incredibly patient and pleasant. But, the dreaded blond who clearly despises her job has really turned me off (and another friend of mine, by the way). I no longer choose to do business here because of this employee. Rude, condescending, unwelcoming, unprofessional. I’m mostly sorry the the aforementioned employees have to work with her. Strong words, I know. But, also the plain truth.

Very helpful at time of mailing, but made a mistake sent package out UPS to a P.O.Box (not deliverable by UPS. Luckily UPS called postbox who in turn called me for a phone #for recipent to find out a physical address to deliver to, lucky me. So big mistake overted, thanks to UPS!

We have used this place multiple times for the notary service. Mostly because it’s close to my work and easy to go on my lunch hour. I have to say I am always unhappy when I leave. Something about the service is rude. They are very formal and particular and this last time I signed for the notary and the lady asked me a question and I didn’t understand her. When I said, «I don’t understand» rather then being nice and explaining, she said all snotty, «It’s really quite simple.» Um… thanks for making me feel dumb lady! Also, I dropped something there once that actually already had postage on it and they charged me 25 or 50 cents to mail it… even though it already had postage. I’m sorry to say, I’m not a fan.

When ever I’m in town visiting family (was born & raised in Salinas) and I need to mail off goodies, I ALWAYS go to The Post Box! The staffs way friendly and you never have to wait to be helped. The last time I was there (aside from today’s visit), was back in mid summer of 2011 and the gal who helped me REMEMBERED me and that I was stationed overseas, then asked how my family was doing. That, ladies and gentlemen, impressed me because she actually listened to me while we chit chatted a long time ago! I mean, I can barely remember what I talked about yesterday! So, kudos to The Post Box for really making their customers feel like they care and the wonderful service they always provide. :)

I called The Post Box this morning to check on shipping time frames and the person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. I had a few questions and she answered them without the usual curtness you get when you call businesses with questions.
So I went in to ship my package this afternoon and received the same great service. The store was busy but the employees were still friendly. From what I saw the employees recognized many of the customers.
I will be using their services again. I had been looking for a shipping store in my area as the more popular store on my side of town has terrible customer service.

I didn’t know about this place until recently and I wish I had found this place long time ago. People there are very friendly and they offer all kinds of services. I liked the fact that all the prices from shipping companies are compared before you ship anything. Also, I went there 3 times this week and I didn’t have to get in line, which is a plus.
