Sears Carpet Cleaning and Air Duct Cleaning of Salinas

My wife and I are very pleased with the level or service and professionalism of Dennis Khuttan and his team. On July 3^rd, 2014, I required repair on a challenging air dryer duct leak (16′ in wall) that had been giving our family problems. Dennis came in assessed the problem and quickly and expertly performed the needed repairs. Will definitely give his office a call for future services when needed.
By the way, Sears Home Services came out to perform services the day before a major holiday. Other vent repair companies who do the same or similar services, couldn’t or never returned my voice mail calls for possible estimates. Thanks Sears!

Just had my upholstery cleaned yesterday after sitting in storage for well over a month. I submitted all my information online and was quickly replied to with a notification that they would do their best to accommodate my schedule. The date of the scheduled cleaning, they contacted me early in advance to let me know they were running behind which was very professional. Additionally, when the individual, David, arrived, he went over the process, and thoroughly looked at my furniture. He asked me if there were any concerns that he should be aware of and let me know how long the process would take. He was very professional and polite and because of this I would definitely use this service again to keep my upholstery clean.

This is in response to the review by Aadrenaline A. I had placed her in charge of my carpet cleaning that day. It sounds like she had a bad experience in helping me get my carpet cleaned but let me say this. Michael agreed to come back out and clean my carpet for free because he felt so bad about her experience. He was completely professional and did an outstanding job! I want to let people know that he is definitely conscientious and willing to make sure his customers are satisfied! I have no doubt in my mind you will be pleased with his services! He went above and beyond expectations!

I was very pleased with the quality of work done on my carpet. The gentlemen that came were Prompt and efficient. I am giving them 4 stars though because no one said that it would cost more to do spot cleaning and no one indicated to me that spot cleaning even needed to be done. If they beef up their communication skills they will easily be a 5 star company.

Michael & Dennis were great. They came by my shop and were done in an hour. The carpet had not been cleaned in 15 years (we weren’t sure of the color). In one hour they washed and protected it. They were very accomodating and helpful and did exactly what they offered and more. I’ll be using them again.

P. S. The carpet is green… who knew!

My carpets were getting really filthy– 2 kids, dog, cat etc… and they are rather white carpet with dark speckles or something. Anyway, I used a Groupon & it seemed like a fairly good deal. It did cost more because my area size was larger (though maybe negotiable in hindsight) & I did pay more for serious stains. But, I’ve got to say, it came out so much better than I anticipated. It also dried in the time that they said– so it worked out really well for me.
I called them back for a vent cleaning from our dryer (brand new dryer & still took 2 – 3 cycles to dry anything). It turned out to be the same guy (Michael) & he came with an another person. They were courteous, professional & did another awesome job.
Both times they were punctual (which is always amazing) & seemed to work very hard & do whatever needed to be done to get the job done (climb roof to get to vent etc…)
So, it worked out all the way around for us & I would & will call them again when needed.

I use these guys to clean my beige sofa, now when I say «beige» what I really mean is borderline white. I have two little ones and I probably call them out every year or so. Used to be every 3 months because I was too cheap to buy the super power guard x times ten for an extra $ 20 or so. I thought it was just a waste of money. Now that I have bought it, the orange juice and other weird things my kids seem to introduce to our couch, it seems to protect it a lot longer.
The guys are courteous and best of all they are on time. They showed up ten minutes early, called me and asked if they could look at the stains before the said time. By 3:00 (time scheduled for cleaning) they were actually cleaning the couch by that exact time. It was like surgery with a clock…
