PG & E Customer Division

We live out in the country so we call often and we receive nothing but consistent excellence from PG&E! It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, they respond with professionalism and communicate fully the nature of the problem.
We came home loaded with groceries to find our home without power and completely dark.
We called in the problem and they let us know the time perimeter which was four hours in the evening after business hours.
When Jaime arrived on the property he quickly saw we had a broken arm to our main pole and promised to call in a crew immediately so they could come fix it. By 2am after 4 hours of working they were nearly finished when our transmitter blew out so they once again drove back to their supply yard to make sure that we would have power in the fastest possible manner.
We are so appreciative of the communicative response we receive every single time we call… and so impressed by the high quality of workmanship they always bring to their work!

I live in Spreckels and I would like to thank PG&E for their quick response a few weeks back on Railroad Ave, Our Fire department deserves a pat on the back also for keeping people back and safe from the wires until PG&E arrived. while some may say it took PG&E a long time to fix the Outage problem, I SAY GREAT JOB we had a part of the pole break and a transformer come down with live wires laying on the street I would rather it take a while to fix a problem then to have someone hurt or die because of the live wires. The PG&E employees worked really hard. Thank you so very much

Oh PG&E, how I like to loathe you.
We recently had a pole replacement on our street a few months ago. The estimated work window was from 9AM to 4PM. Yet you guys didn’t get finished until 7PM. So were all hungry, in the dark, and kinda cold. Yet your guys are down there, three watching one doing all the work. All for one power pole. Can you say gold brickers? Ugh.
Oh yes, and don’t forget the transformer that blows out for no reason at all on DLI’s property. It takes out half of Pacific Grove and Monterey with it. You think they’d replace it by now, like after a lot of power failures for no reason at all? Of course not! That would make sense!
