History
Established in 2013.
The whole idea behind the Strength & Conditioning Facility was developed in 2012 by Strength & Conditioning Specialist Omar Munguia-Rodriguez. Omar was the head personal trainer at In-Shape Salinas when he began his master’s in human movement. During that time Omar moved to Sacramento in order to work under Robert Linkul, NSCA Southwest regional director and Personal trainer of the year. Where he develop the goal of opening a facility in which he could train some of the world’s best athletes (youth, adult, and senior) as well the «athletically minded», (aka everyday people who have the desire and the drive to push themselves).
Since our doors opened we have been committed to producing the most efficient, safe, and scientific training programs to date. Our coaching staff spends over 20 hours a year on continued education. Education is the key to our success and always will be.

Business Owner
Omar Munguia-Rodriguez is a firm believer in the motto, «Education is the key to success», and focuses on educating every client he works with. Since 2011, Omar has obtained a bachelor’s in kinesiology and a master’s in human movement emphasis with Strength & Conditioning. While participating in football, wrestling, Brazilian jujitsu, and Muay Thai, Omar developed an expert eye for training athletes. Omar is the program designer and instructor for the Olympic Weightlifting, Youth and Adult Strength & Conditioning programs. His experience, education, and passion for training athletes helps produce astounding results for aspiring individuals.
