We provide quality Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium based fertilizer products to growers in the counties of Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz. We custom blend both dry and liquid conventional fertilizers, along with having a broad array of dry and liquid organic fertilzers. We have products for every crop and soil condition that can grow in our service area.

Our cost efficient full service application utilizes the latest in technology (GPS, Raven Spray booms, etc.) to provide our customers best in class application. We use custom fabricated implements to perform high quality listing, sidedressing, spraying, spreading, rolling and more, using state of the art mechanical farming; inlcuding GPS listing and computer controlled spray implements.

James L.

Business Owner

James (Jim) W. Lipe, Jr. started working in Agrilcuture, following in the footsteps of his late father and former Chairman of the Board for NH3 Service Company, James W. Lipe, Sr. Jim contributed to the family business using good old fashioned elbow grease and a broom, working his way up through other positions overtime, giving him first hand experience at what it takes to be a part of NH3 Service Company. Jim worked at other Farm Service organizations over the years and eventually started his own trucking business, Lipe Line, Inc., hauling fertilizer. In 2008, Jim, along with his brother Bill Lipe officially became part owners in the operation of NH3 Service Company, making NH3 Service Company the strong, growing company supported by dedicated staff and loyal customers it is today.
