I AM SOOOO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I recently bought a car here (used obviously). I am very skeptical about used cars however this is all we could afford right now. We searched long and hard at what seemed to be hundreds of dealers to find the best deal for our money. Upon arrival, I told the salesman my husband and I both have cars we’ve had to get work done on and we’re so tired of fixing them. He was so sincere & knew exactly how we felt. I was assured all the cars have gone through a safety testing and have been inspected by their mechanic. Well, little did they mention they do not check to see if there cars need mechanical work. After purchasing mine I soon found out. The car was running loud & made funny noises. I immediately called them, they said I could take it to be looked at by their mechanic for free. So I did. THEIR mechanic right away noticed something. When we approached the dealer they called the mechanic and then the mechanics had a different tune. All of a sudden nothing is wrong with the car! Seriously? Get out of here! So we went to our mechanic. Turns out, car had no transmission fluid, has a MAJOR oil leak, & the frame is falling off which explains the loud noises. To fix my car which is only 5yrs old the mechanics has to drop the engine. This is 4 days of work! 4 days of no car! I am beside myself and would NEVER EVER AGAIN recommend this place unless you are a mechanic yourself. Now I’m not only making car payments but I’m paying an extra $ 1800.00 to fix this since the insurance We purchased through the lot doesn’t cover. Go figure!
