History

Established in 1987.

The Chiropractic practice of Michael Russell, D.C. was established in the city of West Hills, in southern California, until 1990, when the practice was moved to Salinas, CA. Since 2009, Michael Russell, D.C. has operated in conjunction with Kirkwood Chiropractic and Pamela Kirkwood, D.C. The doctors practice cooperatively together, yet their practices operate independently of each other.

Dr. Michael Russell has practiced Chiropractic in Salinas, CA since 1990 after receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1987 from Cleveland Chiropractic College — LA and practicing in the Los Angeles area. He also holds a BA degree in Multiple Subject for Teaching, specializing in early childhood education. He has been a member of Wrangler SportsChiropractic and ProSports Chiropractic, emphasizing a team approach to treating PRCA rodeo athletes on the pro rodeo circuit. From acute trauma to chronic conditions of the musculoskeletal system, Dr. Russell displays the experience necessary to address each patient’s needs.
