Anthem Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

My wife and I have used Anthem to clean our carpets for the past five years. We have one dog, three cats and school age children — so the carpets take a beating.
Tim from Anthem is like the Lazarus of carpets — somehow he brings them back to life year after year. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine concern with our satisfaction is what separates him from other cleaning services.
Last summer — we hosted an exchange student from overseas who wasn’t familiar with the operation of American toilets. My wife frantically called me at work to say the bathroom was flooding and water was pouring into the hallway carpet. After shutting off the water — I had her call Tim at Anthem. It was almost 8 PM — and he drove from Salinas to our home in Pacific Grove to suck up the water and clean the hallway carpet.
Talk about customer service! We would recommend Anthem to anyone.

I have been using Anthem Carpet cleaning for years! I have used many other carpet cleaning services in the past that have rushed through and I had spots again within a week. That kind of carpet cleaning is not what Anthem is about!!! I have never met someone that is so thorough and more passionate about Carpet cleaning than Tim at Anthem. We have 2 children and 2 dogs so excellent carpet and upholstery cleaning is essential to maintaining our house. The job that Tim does is always well above my expectations everytime! I am always amazed at the level of cleanliness he manages to achieve. Just when I think it’s time for a new couch or area rug he brings them back to life and renews them! I also love the relationship that I have formed with Tim over the years and that I can trust to leave a key for him and know that when I get home my Carpets and couches will be done and that I can call him in a pinch before a party or the holidays and he can always squeeze me in within a day or 2. Tim or his wife always call to check in about a day or so after services to make sure that I am happy and also leave me spot cleaner free of charge to use in between services. I have recommended Anthem to many friends and family and everyone has been thrilled with the amazing work and professionalism every time. I highly recommend this small family owned business and trust that you will be as happy as I am.

I’ve contacted the company about the service I received. I found the service person to be quite lazy. So lazy that he did not clean approximately 42 square feet of our living room. I could have done with fewer jokes and more cleaning. He told me his positive reviews come from buying drinks for his customers. Don’t think he was kidding. He had an odor about him that was not from cleaning carpets all day. WE moved all the furniture beforehand. The carpet was clean but is not «clean.» I’m mystified by the poor service after such glowing reviews. There is nothing different or amazing about the service we received. He could tell during the walk through that I was not pleased. There was nothing really wrong with our carpet, it just needed a deep down all over cleaning rather than spot cleaning between service. The water pressure, solution, and water temperature is not sufficient for the kind of clean the company espouses. He said I will be amazed. I was not.

This was the first time getting my carpet cleaned. Mary were very professional. If I ever needed to have my carpet cleaned l will use Anthem.

Tim did a great job cleaning our large sectional sofa. Our new kitten had made a stain in one corner that I just couldn’t get out. Anthem carpet cleaning was punctual (meet by business owner himself), reliable, thorough in cleaning, and forthcoming in customer service. Our carpets were nice and clean everywhere after a very reasonable 2 – 3 hours (on a Sunday) and dried quickly. We got great follow-​up service with Anthem offering free touch-​up/​follow-​up service in case needed. The end price was reasonable and exactly the as estimated. Would definitely recommend.
