Not just another talent acquisition firm, AGFORCE began as the joint effort of two seasoned labor and employment services experts. For over twenty years, Robyn DaRosa, has been employed in the staffing industry founding and managing her own company, ProFormance Talent Group dba ProFormance Personnel. She began her venture in 1992 specializing in accounting and legal support in Monterey County, CA. From there, it was only natural that the business direction would lead to Salinas, CA and to specializing in agriculture since DaRosa grew up in South Monterey County, the daughter of a farmer. Her love for the agriculture industry led to a collaboration with long time California labor professionals to form AGFORCE Staffing & Executive Search. This partnership created the balance needed to provide the diversified Central Coast agribusiness employers a full range of hiring options.
