Such a good idea it sounded like. These people are terrible. They treat you like a piece of garbage. I was a week late on a payment and they sent their«muscle» to my work. 1st problem, I work at an busy auto shop, and this clown parks his truck blocking our driveway. 2nd problem, My manager asks him to move his truck so he wouldnt be blocking our driveway, and he refuses and says he will not until he talks to me. –5 points for being rude and obnoxious. 3rd problem, if you are going to send your«muscle» make sure when he tries to «flex» and look big that hes taller then 5’1 and at least have some muscle. This clown tried to look big and bad and tell me «Micah, you owe us money, so im not leaving until you give me some.» Then stands there trying to look buff. Child please. Im not into intimidation THEN they sent someone to my house and threatened my roommate and said they were going to send me to court and sue me. Are you kidding me? Thats crazy. For a TV that i have been making payments on AT the astronomical interest. It’s ridiculous. Makes me wish i never would have chosen Aaron’s as the company that sold me a TV. Funny, i complained about all this, and they said«Oh a manager will have to call you back.» Did that happen? Nope. Also, its pretty hilarious but their automated commercials while youre on hold, brag that they are #1 in customer service. #1 to who??? Satan? I even highly doubt that!

they need to work on their communication. Everyone was really nice except for Sandra. I don’t recommend going to this location. Sandra really screwed up our whole account, it was way too stressful. She was also very rude.

I don’t recommend anyone to ever visit this store these people are crooks my boyfriend and I bought a tv here he was the one making the payments and getting hustled by them. they told him for months he had one last payment and kept charging him month after month sayin next month you’re done, also when they finally agreed we were done paying they decided three months later we owed late fees called my mom harassing her telling her she had the tv and she had to pay them. Do yourself a favor never buy anything from these crooks

Well, I wouldn’t say that this store is terrible. Frustrating yes, but the store representatives are nice. Aaron’s was my last resort. I took a chance even though I have heard not so good things about this company. They could definitely use more training on customer service. I have had to call at least 10 times in the past 2 days just to make sure everything was ok with my order(even though they already charged my card for the first payment). Of course, charging my card right away was ok by them. As a couple days went by, they«needed» more paperwork to complete my order. Even though this was not mentioned to me the day that I placed the order. Just be prepared to be on top of your order. If I wasn’t, things would not get taken care of. For this, I blame management. Train your employees please. Customer service is EVERYTHING.
