Hair Loft Salon and Spa

A friend and I decided to get our hair cut on a whim, so we called and they were able to take us the same day. For a Weds night, they were pretty busy. We were greeted warmly and offered something to drink, and after filling out a new client form, we were taken on a tour of the place. They have a spacious area for hair, a couple of manicure stations, a private pedi room, relaxing facial and massage rooms, and even a separate area for training/​bridal parties/​princess parties. Before actually getting down to cutting our hair, Maddie and Michelle sat down with us and went over what we were looking for and even read our faces. Based on our input, they were able to suggest the best looks that would compliment our faces. As first-​time clients, we also got a free makeup application. We were ready to hit the town with our new look! Wonderful service by Maddie and Michelle! We will definitely make this our go-​to place for a day of beauty.
Another thing to note — I never carry cash, so they were able to put the tips on the cards. Always a plus in my book!

I called to buy a gift certificate for a massage and pedi for my nephew whose girlfriend is about to have a baby. I live in Philly and hadn’t gotten the certificate a week later. I spoke with Amber after a call I had made the day before. Amber remembered me, that I was getting the package for a new mother, and also that I was in Philly. I was hesitant when I purchased the spa package for my future niece but am impressed with the service I received and wish I could visit this salon.

Excellent all around. They really make you feel welcome and relaxed. They have a large variety of services that they do. I always love my service no matter what I have done. The location/​parking is a tad awkward but it’s worth it. I recommend Michelle Green!
