We also have custom flatbread selections, and homemade mason jar desserts. We also offer a wide variety of healthy options. This includes lettuce wraps, veggie burgers and turkey burgers. History
Established in 2014.
Burger Theory came about in Atlanta Ga. based exclusively in Holiday Inn’s, our Salina location is the fourth of it’s kind to open. We wanted to build a better burger. All our meat is fresh ground angus beef, short rib, and brisket blend. The bar and chalkboard art is our central attraction to get guest interacting. We have 8 t. v’s so you can watch any game or just hang out and relax. We offer over thirty beer selections. With eight on tap and many from the region. Beer is king here at Burger Theory, but we offer a fully stocked bar, with a wide variety of wine and signature cocktails.

Barb, is our food and beverage director with over twenty years experience in the food and bar industry. She oversees the restaurant along with our 3000 square foot convention center. She will help you not only in the restaurant, but with any catering, planning, or party needs.
