You can experience some of the best Whitewater Rafting on the Arkansas River. You can hike or bike on any of the hundreds of trails located right here in Salida. Relax on your private deck watching the fisherman, rafters and kayakers drift past while you are enjoying your vacation home. History

Established in 2010.

In April of 2008, we purchased the Log Cabin Court Motel. In consideration of the historical value of the site, we preserved one original cabin. It has been remodeled for use as our sales and construction office. Stop by Monday through Friday at 536 East First Street to visit with us about these wonderful condominiums.
