Pop-A-Lock Central Valley is an ALOA certified, locally-owned residential, auto and commercial locksmith. Pop-A-Lock prides itself on fast response times and accurate estimates with no hidden fees.
ETA2 hours already provided for lock out service to arrive. No customer service call to inform me of delays or any issues. I call them to find the driver«is 20 mins out» no acknowledgement of why or a simple apology for the extra delay until I remind the representative it is beyond their 2 hour ETA and I’m still standing outside. No rave reviews with this experience!!!

Doing 12 things at once I locked my keys In The car with it running ac on full blast. Called my Costco roadside and they sent pop a lock. Arturo showed up with a great attitude, friendly and great sense of humor. He definitely made the stress level and frustration lower and got me in my car super fast. Highly recommend pop a lock especially Arturo! Only waited about 15 minutes while they were on route. Thank you!

This review is based on their roadside lockout service. After working with my insurance agency to get Pop A Lock out to my location, I received a text message from Pop A Lock with an estimated time of arrival and a phone number to contact them if I had any further questions. ETA was 45 minutes, they got here in 15. The locksmith pulled up in a van wrapped with their business logo/design. This made it easy to identify him and wave him down(as opposed to pulling up in a beat up scraper). The locksmith looked very professional(wore uniform, didnt look like some scary dude who moonlights as an auto thief). This made me feel comfortable. He got out of his vehicle, asked me how I was, asked what I do(I was locked out in my work parking lot) I BRIEFLY answered, and when I was done he had already finished opening my car door. I was seriously AMAZED. It was also nice that they work with my insurance so I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket. If you have Statefarm and are ever locked out in the Modesto area, request Pop A Lock!

I locked the keys in my car and called these guys. 15 minutes later they were there. It took him a while after trying a few ways of opening the car but he did it. The guy was nice. I’d give him five stars but he complained when I tried to give him a credit card. I went to the ATM nearby to give him cash while he wrote up my receipt.
