History

Established in 2008.

We started doing real estate investing in the Salem Oregon area. Realized that there was a need for a property manager that would treat tenants and owners well. We treat our tenants with respect and fix the problems in a timely matter. Owners: we treat their property like it is our own trying to get the best prices and not over spending on unnecessary repairs. We want the property to be profitable by getting good tenants, doing repairs in a timely matter, and advertising the correct month rent.

I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from Colorado State University as well as a Post-​Bacheloreate Degree in Accounting from Portland State University. I have been active in the business and accounting sectors for over 10 years, working for multiple large international companies as well as smaller businesses. During that time I have also worked in our family-​owned real estate business managing property and ensuring high occupancy rates. I have many years experience working with respective housing authorities, their systems, paperwork and processes to assist tenants and keep units rented. I enjoy finding creative ways rent property quickly! I also truly enjoy helping people find their next «home» by taking time to talk to them and really hear what they are looking for. I believe that truly exceptional customer service is what makes our company unique.

Terrible service, visited property a couple times before I was finally able to access the key that was supposed to be there. I have classes during the day, therefore it was extremely difficult to get in contact before closing at 4.
Also the video I watched showing the property for rent was wrong (guest house not part of rental), and I really would have appreciated it if that could have been expressed to me prior to wasting a couple weeks of my time.

This company has gone above and beyond to resolve a mishap with the application I submitted. Although I didn’t end up choosing their rental property, I would definitely go through them for a future rental. This is a family owned company and they seem to truly care about not only their tenants, but also people in general. Renee listened to my concerns and responded after hours via email with a genuine reply. This is something that I have NEVER experienced before. I believe anybody in this company would do whatever was necessary to meet the needs of a tenant.
