The approach of Chinese medicine considers the health of the body as a whole, and from this perspective, different clinical conditions may share similar roots. Through this approach, I have successfully treated a wide range of clinical conditions, and with a healthy lifestyle, recurrences are rare once the root of the problem has been remedied.
History

I first began my practice in the United States in 1992, but prior to coming to America, I had already been practicing acupuncture and herbal prescription for over a decade in China. Today, I have over 30 years of experience as both an acupuncturist and an herbalist.

Business Owner
Coming from seven generations of physicians of Chinese medicine, I began studying under the tutelage of my father at the age of 12. Within 5 years, I opened my own practice in both acupuncture and herbal medicine. I went on to attend medical school, and after entering graduate school, I specialized in nephrology in both eastern and western medicine.
Since coming to the United States, I taught at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine for over 12 years. In 2003, I published the first complete English textbook and clinical reference on nephrology in Chinese medicine, entitled «Clinical Nephrology in Chinese Medicine,» currently published under the title «Diseases of the Kidney and Bladder.» Today, I have been practicing Chinese medicine for over 30 years, and have helped patients from all across the Pacific Northwest.
