We had to grab a last minute gift about 15 minutes before closing. The staff was helpful and friendly in helping us find what we were looking for. I especially enjoyed the clerk that rang us up. He was funny and efficient at his job. The store was clean and we’ll stocked. I will say a lot of the items were $ 5 to $ 10 dollars more expensive than we saw in other stores(but they were out of stock so hence why we had to come here). I was going to give this place 4 stars but one staff member kept reminding us that they were going to close and procceded to follow us through out the store(there were still other patrons in the store).

So I am very much AWARE that christmas shopping can be like heading into battle… that being said, coupon policies and cashiers should be the best part of your shopping experience! So we picked out a WII game. You can only check out at the electronics section if you are buying a video game. SO my husband and I bring our towering shopping cart to the register, they grab our video game and we begin checkout– or at least my husband and I did. Our cashier couldve cared less about actually starting our checkout. Apparently we interrupted her conversion with a co-worker about not caring about high school and then realizing that was a bad decision. So after standing there for 10 minutes and had only rung up 2 toys and a video game she abruptly says«oh my scanner is broken, you will have to be rung up over there» by the co-worker she was chatting with the entire time. I say ok, and begin shifting all the toys on the counter to the space next to us. Meanwhile a manager type looking person says to her«your register is fine, you just cant move the scanner off its cradle». SO anyway, this other cashier was much quicker, which was great– but with all the hub-bub aggravating ness of the other cashier, I forget to use my 15% off coupon until we are about halfway home. So i call this morning and ask if I can use the coupon if I bring in the receipt(we spent $ 400 last night so that equals a $ 60 difference owed to us from the coupon). They say I have to bring in all the toys and actually return them, and then re-buy them to use the coupon. So if they think that is a deterrent they are dead wrong! I will go tonight and return everything after my kids are asleep and I think it is well worth it. I just wish they would change their policy because I know this isnt going to be a straight forward return when I get there, and something will get messed up. I’m sure I’ll be posting an add– on to this when I am done tonight. Oh and I have worked retail at the customer service area, so I am definitely not rude to any employee or anything. I know what its like to work ridiculous hours all in the name of Saint Nick.

A little bit of everything crammed into one location. Baby toys, bikes and skateboards, DVDs and videogames, action figures, pre-school playsets, etc, etc. This is my go to place to do christmas shopping for the young neices and nephews. If you are looking for a particular item as a special gift it might not be the best option.

I do not usually shop for kiddie toys, so this one is a kind of a tough review. I have been here just a handful of times in the past few years to get my niece a Hanna Montana toy or game. This place is huge. Loaded with bikes to trucks and tons of video games. It always seems like it is busy. Staff have asked me for help and the store is relatively clean and pretty well organized. Tons of crying and screaming kids though. Guess it comes with the territory.
