I ordered a bracelet for my husband. It was to be engraved with a special date that meant a lot to us. I picked up the bracelet and looked at it quickly. I put it away, wrapped it, and put it under the tree for Christmas. When he opened the box he was very pleased with the gift! Until… we really looked at the engraving. They made a mistake. I called and they were able to replace it immediately. They have great customer service and support.
