Had two very expensive shirts ruined. Both were dropped off at the same time and returned to me with rust like stains all over them. Both shirts had identical stains which, of course they claim to not have caused. They cleaned them again (or so they say) and the stains remain identical. They claim you’ll «get spoiled» but all they will do us soil your clothes and then not take responsibility. For someone who gives them 600 – 800 dollars a year in business for the last three years you would think their customer service would be a little bit better. The lady was rude, insensitive to my ruined shirts and almost put off that she was even challenged or made to the wash them a second time. I will never return here again. Do not take anything of value here to be cleaned as its certain to be ruined. I have photos that I can share if interested

I had a bad experience today. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. A brand new blouse came back damaged. It took a week to reach the manager to talk about it. She was defensive from the start, and blamed the damage on the manufacturer. All she offered me was a credit on future dry cleaning, and she was going to keep the blouse! I will not go back there again.

Very rude staff. The last time I went I saw little bugs crawling out of freshly pressed clothes, I’m not sure what they were. They seem to have gown substantially downhill. Choose somewhere else

I only know about this place because my old job uses them. Although their delivery guys is surly and seems put out about doing his job, they do OK and their prices are decent.
I recently had them repair the inside of a wool coat and dry clean it. It cost around $ 40 and was ready in a day.

I live and work at the opposite end of town but I make the trip every time I need any dry cleaning or alterations because they are too notch. Fast, friendly, professional and they’re open 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm, so I don’t have to leave work early or come on my lunch break.
Truly a great experience each and every time. Well done, team!
