I think the problem here is Management. They hire the wrong people. I came in the morning for breakfast and they forgot two of my orders, and the funny thing is that I was the only car in the drive through. The last time that happened was last year when I ordered from here, and than two weeks before. They either charge me wrong, give me the wrong order, or make me wait fifteen minutes or so. The management has to get fired, and hire a new management team. Although they did corrected my order, which did take another fifteen minutes or so and made me late to work. I give them two stars. Not recommended.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. Doesn’t matter what time you come, it always takes at least 15+ minutes. Also, they don’t listen, so after waiting 15+ minutes for your food 95% of the time it is terribly terribly wrong. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito… And somehow ended up with a chipotle ranch and nacho cheese burrito… By far the grossest thing ever… Went back again, and again bean and cheese was somehow translated to rice, spicy ranch and nacho cheese…

Hey if you want to get food poisoning here and have them serve you beef when you are allergic to beef and order chicken… definitely go here. The management doesn’t care, you’ll probably end up sick but hey … Nbdw this owner should be embarrassed by his team.

Every time I go here the workers always seem like there on something, my order is always wrong, there extremely slow I feel like I’m at a restaurant with the wait verses at a fast food window. Always an unpleasant experience when I go here doesn’t even deserve a star.

Open later than most of the other places in the area, so once it gets a bit later be prepared to wait in a long line. The food is like any other Taco Bell but I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order right on the first try. A few times I’ve been given someone else’s food. Double check and triple check before you drive away!

I loveeee taco bell BUTTT this one is a joke. Slowest service ever. On average you will wait 5 – 10 minutes for the most basic of orders and when you do get your food, if it is even what you ordered, it is a mess. Finger wholes in the tortilla from sloppy wrapping. Broken shells on taco. Drink not full(drive through) At night you could easily wait 20 plus minutes!!! CLEARLY A PROBLEMWITHTHISLOCATION!!!

I don’t get why so many people are hating on this place, I have been here on multiple occasions, and each one of them has not been nearly as terrible as some people on here are describing. Keep in mind, this is TACOBELL, it is not an expensive Mexican restaurant, the food here is most likely not going to be the best thing you ever ate. That said, of my many many visits here, my order was prepared in a timely manner, no mess ups on the order itself, but many times when I wanted the order«for here» they gave it to me «to go» but this was quickly fixed every time. A few times when I ordered the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes — they came out just slightly warm, when i told them they were told, they told me they could make new ones, but it would take a few minutes, I said I was okay with that, and they made me new ones, without any complaints from the people there. The meat sits under lamps or in heaters of some kind, if it vegetables, then it feels very crisp and refreshing. Again, this is fast food, protein is not going to be cooked to order. Although, if they seasoned the food there even a little bit more, I would be a much happier customer. Then again, there are plenty of sauces, sat and pepper available for seasoning the food. The only other thing that comes to mind that is food related is that the bean paste is not to great, but that is just me since I like my beans whole. As for the location, it is pretty clean, it may not sparkle, but it is not dirty by any means.

Jumping the border is probably easier than getting service at this place! Nothing against a $.99 burrito, but after 15 minutes I’ve had enough time to reconsider my poor nutrition decision. I watched as 1 cashier took her break. Another went to the bathroom. All while the manager walked around in the kitchen and paid no attention to the 3 people waiting in line to order. Meanwhile I was fortunate enough to order — even after standing there for 2 minutes while the cashier added change to the register and couldn’t even offer a courteous«just a moment». For a moment I thought I was being«punked» because the service was so ridiculously horrible. Part of me wished I was the manager of the place — only because he was blatantly high as a kite! Final verdict: If you’re in a rush or value service, pass on the chalupa!

Where to start… The lady was laughing and giggling while we were trying to order and was rude and obnoxious. We got to the first window and she acted like we were on crack when we asked for an extra Pepsi. She had attitude and the service was painfully slow. She forgot a burrito, didn’t give us napkins and did not give us our guacamole! Go to the McDonald’s instead, they are friendly and the service is scary quick.

I don’t know how this place got a 2 star rating it clearly deserves 1 star. I went to this restaurant 3 different times and it was the same situation every time. Stale food-dirty floors-slow service. I don’t know who is running this joint but it clearly needs new management. What I seen was a bunch of teens running around with no leadership. I also believe I contacted slight traces of food poisoning from this very same place. Eat here with your own discretion. As for me I will never eat at this one again I’ll cook my own food first. I don’t know what happened to the taco bell chain, this one does not represent the brand very well.

Yo Quiero Service! I swear, I have no bias against Taco Bell. I have a bias against bad service. This place is more dirty than the Taco Bell in Saugus. I think the floors have the same dirt on there for over 5 years. One noticeable difference is that multiple people here speak english and the food is actually prepared warm. My beef with this place? You order something, you get the exact opposite. My order: 2 Nacho Cheese Chicken Chalupa’s Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunches What I get: 1 Baja Beef Chalupa Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes 1 Cheesy Gordita Crunch This is the on going theme with this Taco Bell. If you order at the drive through, pull into a spot in the parking lot and throughly check your order. If you order inside the resturant… throughly check your order. If you come to use the bathroom… throughly check your order! My recommendation is that this place is good if you want to clean your colon or empty out a few pounds from your intestines. Save your money and hit up another fast-food resturant.
