History

Established in 2015.

T&A Home Inspection started as a conversation between two prior high school classmates late one evening. Sitting in Green Bay, WI the topic of becoming a home inspector and starting our own business came up. Soon after that conversation the two prior classmates had enrolled in American Home Inspectors Training Institute’s (AHIT) home inspector course in Milwaukee, WI. Throughout class, T&A’s eventual owners were known as Harry and Lloyd by their instructor due to their constant questions and playful personalities. Soon after, during a business meeting in Fondulac, WI the LLC was formed. The next step was to pass the state and national home inspector examination. After many months of studying and completing more online courses, both inspectors completed the online state exam. A few months down the road, ‘Harry and Lloyd’, as they are affectionately known, both found themselves passing the national exam at UW Oshkosh in Oshkosh, WI. The rest, as they say, is history.
