Bad, bad, bad. Went for glasses only. He wanted to sell me 3 pairs. Did a couple of tests I didn’t want and couldn’t get out of — they wrote«mandatory.» Waste of $$$$. Tried to sell me on his expertise being equal to that of an Opthamologist on MD and other issues. Ordered a pair of glasses. 2 weeks later(after no follow-up because person that handles that was out ill and neither dr. nor assistant cared(?) they called and glasses were to be on back order for another 3 weeks. Cancelled the order. Jessica and Sue very good and friendly. MA not so much. Dr. Brown??? Full of himself; struts around like a rooster with his hands in his pockets, his Harley bowling shirt on as well as his riding cap, up selling everyone and everything. I left with my RXs and a credit. Thanks for nothing but a waste of my time and money.

Dr. Brown and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. He easily found minor vision issues I have that other eye doctors has missed for years, and was able to simply and effectively explain them to me. My only problem with the visit was that I already had a pair of glasses picked out from an online retailer when I went in for my appointment, and the immediate push towards being helped with a new frame purchase was overwhelming.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown’s for over 10 years. His approach to occular care encompasses techniques and equipment that are advanced and cutting edge. As I age, I feel that my chances for developing occular disease are drastically reduced because of Dr. Brown’s preventive examines. My thanks to Sherrie, for her guidance and expertise in selecting frames that suite my vision needs and still look great. Dr. Brown’s office has always been accomadating to my unpredictable schedule and they have gone out of there way to expedite orders so that new glasses are received as quickly as possible. Thank you to Dr. Brown and his staff
