While searching for a job, I called Razzle Dazzle. After I was told there weren’t any positions available I thanked the woman on the phone and asked her if I could have her name.(To qualify for food stamps, I need to search for jobs and document contacts made, hence needing her name.) I understand that someone might not want to give out personal information over the phone, and a simple ‘I’d rather not’ would have been perfectly fine. Instead, what I got in return was a angry ‘NO’ and then was hung up on. If this is how they treat people over the phone(everyone is a potential customer) I can’t imagine how they treat people in-store. I for one will stop sending business their way from my part-time job.
