A place for decent cheap shoes in a mall setting.
Located on the first floor of the Mall at Rockingham Park, (next to Sears).
Had to return to make here and did not get hassled. Actually friendly young woman at the counter helped me out in good time.

I recently went in to return shoes I bought online that were a half size to big a week before a wedding. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful! He told me to not panic and he knew exactly what to do. He fit my heels with shoe pads so I didn’t have to worry about the shoes not coming in before the wedding. He was so nice and awesome! Besides that I love shopping at Payless because they always have cute shoes and you don’t have to spend a fortune!

I always end up buying shoes here. They’re just so CHEAP. And all I need is a plain black pair for everyday use. I don’t need to pay $ 100 at Macy’s for something I’m going to burn through in 6 months. You can’t beat $ 40 for a decent pair of shoes. Sure, a lot of stuff on the shelves is ugly, but that’s the fun in finding the one pair that ain’t! Oh — they also sell those gel-​heel-​insert things here for FIVE BUCKS! So cheap! I like those things because most soles on guy shoes have like NO cushion. Anyhow, good store!
