Ok, if you can stomach driving down Lancaster and down the street that leads to the worst Wal Mart in town AND Food 4 Less, you’ll be rewarded with the best Payless in town. I think they may be the biggest. They at least have the very best selection of all of them.
While you won’t find any classy $ 300 shoes here, it’s a great place if you have big or wide feet or need a specific type of show, like non-​slip. They really cater to those of us who understand that shoes should be functional, not an accessory.
I feel like shoe shopping now.
