Paul, and his office staff are the best! Many, many years and a few claims down the road he is still the one I will put my trust in… Thanks Paul for all you have done to make my bumpy life journey a little smoother :-)

I’ve held life insurance and several auto and homeowner policies with Paul Richter’s office for almost fifteen years. Paul and his staff have always been professional and helpful.
Unfortunately I’ve had to file claims on more than one occasion — that’s life. While accidents are never a completely positive experience their calm and knowledgeable assistance made them better. Someone is always there to personally answer questions and help me navigate the claims maze. I never feel like I’m shuffled off to a nameless and faceless 800 number. Paul and his team are there for me and my family.
Even after I moved across the state to Bend, I have continued to maintain my policies and even open new ones with this office.
New car? We called Paul’s office. New house? Yeup, that policy is also held with Paul’s office.
Many people question why my agent is halfway across the state. The reason is, I know that Paul and his staff are just a phone call or email away, and they will always treat me like I’m right next door.
