Odd Moe’s Pizza

Ordered delivery from here a few times and each time it’s been great! Never got my order wrong and the delivery person is always very pleasant.
Was surprised to see the amount of negative reviews! My favorite veggie pizza in Salem by far. When I order veggie pizzas from other places they’re always very stingy on the vegetables, but odd moe’s is overflowing with the freshest and best veggies! They’re a bit pricey but very much worth it in my opinion.

We order probably 6 or more times a month… Hoping things will change. The ingredients are fresh and the deliver beer… However about 90 percent of the time they send us the wrong, cold pizza, call us during the time our pizza is suppose to be delivered to let us know they are either out of a topping we chose or out of the beer we ordered. This happens more often than not. Most of the time when they deliver (which is usually at least an hour), we are usually just happy to get food by that time that we keep the food and don’t say anything. The few times we have called to complain about the incorrect order, they have been rude but reluctantly made it right. One time they even re delivered a new pizza (which took an additional hour) and took back the incorrect, cold one… Really!!! We continue to order since the pizza… When right, is excellent. Tonight however when they call (again over an hour from ordering) the kid calls to inform us that the two types of beer we ordered… Well we are out. When I said to just cancel the order… He just hung up. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered just the Greek salad and there was a disgusting amount of garlic that just saturated the whole thing. I barely ate any of it, it was so gross. Huge waste of $ 7.

I can usually devour any pizza put in front of me but not their pizza. I don’t know if it’s the crust but it’s just gross. And their service is rotten. We won’t be back.

First, you cannot beat having pizza, wings, and ice cold beer delivered during halftime of a football game. The pizza was good, the wings were nice, and the beer was delicious. It might not be the best pizza or wings you’ve ever had, but it is good food.

I guess all I can say is that I will most likely never go back. The other night my other half and I were feeling frisky, so we ordered some pizza and beer for the first time from Moe’s. Friends of ours rave about the pizza and the convenience of delivered beer. We ordered one large pizza and a six pack at 8:45 on a Wednesday night and were quoted 45 minutes. An hour comes and goes and I call the shop to make sure the driver wasn’t lost as we live in a tricky apartment. I was assured he was not and that he was on the way. Another half hour goes by so I call again and yes, they are sorry but everything is in order and he is on the way. The young woman credits a free side to our account and apologizes.
Here’s the deal:
Another 20 minutes after that the pizza guy arrives. The pizza is tepid, not even Luke warm, and «we ran out of the beer you ordered so I grabbed something like it.» He also didn’t bring the beer with him so my better half went with him back to the car, to get the wrong six pack for himself. I called two times and no one could tell me that you were out of my beer?! Also, get your story straight with your driver because he said after a series of unfortunate events with other patrons that our pizza had been at the restaurant the entire time and he had to go back to pick it up. So our pizza was well over an hour old?! I guess I’m just baffled as to how this is acceptable customer service. Like I said, will most likely not be back for the cold pizza and warm beer.

Decent pizza for delivery.. Very kind on phone and delivery person. Meaty wings with very good flavor but seemed a bit under cooked. Recommend you mention not to put salad on top of hot pizza box.

I stayed at the Phoenix Inn for 5 days and after trying numerous chinese takeout and being extremely disappointed, we settled for pizza. The only thing that upset me was that we didn’t try them earlier. The girl on the phone was friendly and attentive, and even gave me a coupon on the pizza without me asking. I got The Mascot and customized my pizza which was no problem. The pizza arrived on time, and the driver was friendly, making small talk about our travels which was nice. I absolutely loved the crust, and it was still piping hot when it arrived. They even threw in the ranch I asked for, free of charge. If only we had you in California, I miss you Odd Moes.

Kind of spendy for two slices and a beer. One slice was good other was boring. Both were luke warm at best. Turn up the reheater and service it hot!

I need a gluten-​free crust, my husband doesn’t. This G-​F crust was very tough and hard to chew, and the taste of the toppings was just so-​so. Sauce was strange. My husband said his regular crust pizza was «fair.» Plus, our delivery was 17 minutes late. We’ll continue getting our pizza from Garlic Jim’s, who has a very good G-​F crust!

Maybe more toppings make the pizza better…
We ordered this last Sunday and I was impressed! Get the power forward!!! Effing delicious!

They make good pizzas. Only issue I had they do not much to seat there but pizzas were very good and good price too. Thank you.

pretty good decent price pizza plus free delivery or if you pick up a free 2-​liter of pop, at a level a little below say paddington’s but you pay less, much better than walery’s and abby’s and any of those lower level pizzas

Not great, but not terrible either – especially if you have one of the coupons to lower the price by a few bucks.
Really enjoy their garlic chicken pizza.

Ok Salemites or even you out of towers, want some pretty darn good pizza, but you don’t want to break the bank? Give Odd Moe’s a chance. Not. Only are they very reasonably priced, but a very good pizza as well. They will also deliver a hot pizza right to your door within 40 minutes (depending on customer volume).
