I have come in here for computer parts and just recently to try and get some components to build circuits. The hippy dude who owns it is always really personable and is really knowledgable when it comes to electronics. It really is a lost art and this guy knows it. Not sure how it stays open … Always dead in there and i would be hard pressed to spend more then 50 bucks … Even if i wanted to. If you are looking for componenet level parts or micro electronics components with the expertise and customer service to boot … This dudes got it ! Ill continue to go here … He even gave me a piece of zuchinni bread! Better then radio shacks albeit lower prices at the expense of a zitty teen on commision who doesnt know what hes doing and lack of selection.

Came in here looking for a few parts for a wheelchair. Not sure they will work since they were designed for audio equipment. But the service was excellent and we just happened to come in on Customer Appreciation day so they had free hot dogs and chips!

I have to admit, losing the Beaverton Norvac was traumatic, however, the Salem Norvac is sure #1 when it comes to inventory and customer service. Bonnie, thanks for going the extra mile for me.

This place is full of electronic goodies especially if you need parts for repairs and such. I needed a couple of odd and ends, and a long network cable(other places wanted 45 bucks for). Found nearly everything on my list. That network cable was 20 bucks and great quality too. I am not sure how many Norvac stores exist but I know there is at least one in Salem and one in Eugene, the one in Eugene is smaller but still has lots of goodies.
