Business Owner

Patrick J. Heffernan is a graduate of Connecticut College and New England School of Law and he is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and Maine.

Attorney Heffernan began his legal career as a Paralegal in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Attorney Heffernan’s gained valuable legal experience working in Enterprise and Major Crimes Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office as well as the Roxbury District Court Unit and the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

Additionally, Attorney Heffernan had the privilege of serving as the Editor-​in-​Chief of the New England Journal on Criminal & Civil Confinement.

Attorney Heffernan grew up on the North Shore of Boston and currently resides in Salem, Massachusetts.
