Established in 2014.

Our home inspection company is the result of a recent expansion by demand. Our history is in code compliance structural inspections and business management. Local real estate broker friends began to ask about home inspections if we could provide these services. Based on our history, our professionalism, honesty, interest in our customers, dedication and hard work they thought we’d be a good fit… and so here we are.

Business Owner

BJ is a local entrepenuer that provides a variety of services to the area. He’s a native of the Willamette Valley growing up in Dallas, OR and has worked in the local construction and manufacturing industries since 1995. BJ holds a number of internationally recognized quality credentials and has worked in supervisory and director roles in the areas of quality assurance and quality control, safety, production management, operations management, business development and executive management. BJ is experienced in a variety of areas and puts his expansive skill-​set and natural talents to work for his Clients in IQA Home Inspection, Inc.
