Hollywood Nails

Horrible experience! I’ve never been so disappointed when getting a pedicure. Not only do my toes look like a 5 year old painted them, I left with sore toes from the person making them BLEED. I had to have my toes painted twice due to them looking horrible. Being 9 months pregnant I was really looking forward to having a pedi, very dissatisfied. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Poor service, poor job on nails, very expensive for a sloppy nail job. Very disappointed. Please, don’t waste your money!

They did take a same day appointment/​walk in had to wait 15 minutes not bad. Went in for a pedicure asked to pic a color and sit down. As I sat in the water with no bubbles I watched the woman that was going to do my nails finish up with the last customer. Cleaned that foot bath then came over to me with the same gloves on and started to grab my leg. I stopped and asked her to please change her gloves. She looked at me and said they are new. I repeated those are new gloves she said’ yes ‘. I said why do they have pink nail polish on them she looked down and said well I washed them. I just looked at her she said you want me to change my gloves. Yes I replied. She stomped off to the other side of the store speaking a different language as all her employees looked at me. She did not say another word for 10 minutes then asked you want you nails cut or what. Then no leg massage just hitting my legs and bottom of both feet. I decided I was done didn’t even get nail polish. Then was charged 30 $ won’t be going back ever

run away and find another salon. they burned me twice on pricing, and another person came in while I was getting my nails done and advised she would not be coming back because they were inconsistent with pricing with her. Do yourself a favor go to the other salon in West Salem. Just go anywhere else but here

This place is always busy and there’s a good reason. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The application of Shellack Nails stays on for at least three weeks with out chipping.

Lilly is my nail tech. ALWAYS does a beautiful job. I stopped wearing them for awhile and came back 2yrs later & she is still as wonderful. Very happy every time.

There are lots of choices for your nail needs in Salem – heck, lots of nail places wherever you go, but I choose Hollywood Nails because the ladies are so nice and they do a good job.
