Frame King

Excellent experience ! I had 3 pieces I needed framed. Two were old family photos that I had an idea of how I wanted them to look. The third piece was a modern watercolor painting from a cousin that I had NO idea what to do with. Joe, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. (He has a lot of patience also). He showed me many options and gave his opinion if I asked for it. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely recommend and will go back. Good pricing and great quality. What more could you ask?

After going to larger chains for their frame «sales» and still paying through the nose I searched for some other options. I can across Frame King and have never looked back. I have had dozens of things framed here. Everything has come out great and definitely more affordable. There is no need to look anywhere else.

The owner is a great guy, and always has terrific ideas for matting and framing. And he does high quality work for affordable prices. Definitely try the shop out!

Have never been to a frame shop before but had three nice photos and wanted to replace the cheap frames that came with them. I saw the reviews on Unilocal for Frame King and gave it a try. Being used to ordering through Amazon, typically I find the lowest prices and have things delivered in two days. So I found the prices quite high and takes a few weeks. That being said, the quality was stunning and the owner was very helpful in finding the perfect frames and showed me different options with a range of prices. So overall, yes you can find quicker cheaper options online, but I doubt you will find the quality, knowledge, and attention to detail as provided by Frame King. And while I found the prices high compared to online, I imagine FK is quite affordable compared to other local shops. To note, they do accept AMEX too, which is great and requested 50% deposit which I think is appropriate.

A hidden gem! This place was $ 100 cheaper than michaels 80% off when I had a 21“x18″ painting quoted by both! Also, this place has over 500 frames to chose from, when most places have less than 100. I’m on my 10^th order with Frame King and I’ll be a customer for life. The owner, Joe, can also pick out the perfect frame and matting for you. I came in with a designer once to get 3 pieces done and his choices won out every time! If you need something custom framed you have to check this place out!

I have used Frame King a number of times to frame prints in both wood and metal.
Joe is easy to work with and helps you make good decisions whether you want it your way or want him to figure it out. He takes the time and does not rush you. The results are always flawless and professional. The price is reasonable too for the
quality of the service you get. He has a wide range of frame materials too so you can
get the job done at whatever your budget is.

I’ve been doing business with Frame King for a solid 5 years, and Joe — the owner — has never failed to impress. Whatever framing or mounting needs you have, you can be sure he’ll know what to do. And if you’re not certain what it is you need, he’ll kindly assist you in your project and provide direction as well.
I just found out recently that a co-​worker of mine also uses him to frame her needlepoint work — she says she raves about him to everybody. Glad to know I’m not the only one.

I went to Frame King as I had a special rare large piece of «pop» art that need to be framed.
I needed a simple metal black frame with UVC resistant glass and acid free matting.
The owner gladly took the piece and told me to come back the next week to pick it up.
I came back and the piece was done as I instructed, and the charge was $ 100. I was not sure if this was a good price or not as I do not have this kind of thing done very often.
Good service though.
