On time, driver was friendly, clean van. Had to wait in Andover for a transfer, only negative. For what it costs for a ride to Logan at 430AM, I guess we’ll manage.

Great experience from Logan to Chelmsford. Courteous and locally knowledgeable driver. Van was waiting at the airport and driver didn’t make me wait too long to depart since I was about 30 minutes early.

Excellent, but…
I’ve always had good, reliable service from Flight Line. One recommendation however… the «shared van» is cheaper; the private van more expensive. Go with the shared van, not for the cost, but because if you hire a private, you are the only one in the van and these guys DON’T SHUT THE HELL UP. Good God! They have some pretty lonely drivers. They start talking when you get into the van (actually, before you get in — while they’re loading your luggage) and don’t shut up until they drop you off. I’m not a talker. I want to ride in peace. It’s impossible. I learned many interesting and fascinating facts on my most recent trip to a major metropolitan airport:
1) Boston traffic is bad.

Really? I grew up in Massachusetts and had no idea. Bad? Holy cow. Thanks for the info. Consider me enlightened.
2) It gets colder in October.
I had no idea. Being a native New Englander, I typically pull out all my T-​shirts, shorts and bathing trunks come October 1^st. I’m truly an idiot. Besides being drivers, all Flight Line drivers are also meterologists. It’s a welcome, yet unexpected, benefit.
3) Alternate Routes
If traffic is bad on 93 South, simply do this —- take Exit 39 and take a right at the bottom of the ramp. Go past Julio’s Tacos (get the chicken, not the beef; in addition to meteorology, these guys are pretty damned good restaurant reviewers; but I digress), take a sharp right at the tall church, head straight and take the second exit off the rotary, stay right, cut through the small alley with all the trash barrels, turn left at the light, then take the accessory road to the airport. If I remember this alternate route, I’m applying for Mensa status.
4) Bruins schedule
As you pass TD Garden, be prepared to hear of this year’s Bruins and Celtics schedule. You’ll also learn of the history of the Bruins, including all won/​lost records for the past 40 years. You’ll also learn of current ticket prices as well as the price of hot dogs and popcorn.
5) Previous Passenger Stories
You’ll learn many interesting fun facts about previous passengers — the lady who peed on the back seat; the guy who was drunk and vomited on the floor; the guy who insisted on stopping at Julio’s for a chicken taco (see # 3 above). Should you hear of the guy who pulled out metal skewers and starting jamming them into both ears while on the drive, that would be me.
Shared van all the way…

These folks are not at all customer friendly. They give poor service and charge slightly less for a taxi but have many more stops and more rules. They also charge $ 7 if you cancel a reservation no matter how much lead time you give them. Better to spend an extra $ 5 and have a friendly driver!

Driver was courteous, and picked us up on time. It is best to book online, as over-​the-​phone customer service is often understaffed and will not be able to assist.

I use flight line only because its cheaper than parking at airport and my company pays for it. They are on time but the drivers are all nut cases for the most part. They range from religious but cases pushing their beliefs on you to other kinds that blast ghetto rap music while they drive you.
Most are strange and unfriendly, but I have met one that was ok. I always take the private ride too all the time so it’s just me and the driver. Vehicles vary from vw cars to large vans. The vans toss you around when the driver makes wild turns and the vw cars have little leg room in back.
Not the most pleasant experience by any means.

Looking for worse service than what the airlines provide? Then Flight Line is for you! If it wasn’t bad enough that we had to wait for 30 minutes, even though our reservation provided arrival details, the real treat came when the driver tossed our hand luggage onto the heap in the rear of the van and then stepped on the gas, shooting the bag against the back door. He managed to crack a bowl that we had HAND CARRIED onto our flight in under 10 seconds. To add insult to injury, «customer service» told us that the «airline probably broke it» and that they didn’t «need (our) business.» Flight line got their wish, and we’ll do our best to ensure that the 250 other employees in our Boston and Lowell offices won’t need their business either. Do yourself and your neighbors a favor and patronize a business that believes in customer service. Leave Flight Line on the sidelines. ZERO STARS!

I would not recommend that you use Flight Line’s services unless you are 100% sure that your travel plans will not change. They have a very inflexible cancellation/​refund policy which requires you to provide at least 12 hours of advance notice for a cancellation. If you do not adhere to this policy, they will charge you 50% of the reservation amount, no exceptions. 12 hours is a lot of lead time when you’re flying and have no control over last minute changes that inevitably come up like weather, air traffic delays, and flight cancellations.
I made a reservation for shuttle service on Sunday evening for a pickup on Tuesday. I arrived at the airport on Tuesday and upon checking in was informed that my flight was delayed but that they could rebook me onto another flight landing at a nearby airport. Immediately after getting rebooked onto the new flight, I called Flight Line to cancel my reservation (with 6 hours advance notice prior to my pickup). I requested that they waive the 50% cancellation charge given I had given them ample advance notice, but the customer service rep refused to let me speak with someone and asked me to write an email instead.
I wrote a polite and professional email explaining the situation and received a rude response from someone (possibly the owner) in all caps stating that the policy was the policy and there was no way they could make up the lost revenue from my reservation without charging me. I find this is highly unlikely given that less than 48 hours had passed since I made my reservation and that I had given them 6 hours notice to cancel the driver. I asked to speak with someone on the phone to further explain the situation, and the person refused. Given their refusal to actually talk to me in person or be remotely flexible with their cancellation policies due to things outside of a customer’s control, it is clear that Flight Line is not a company that cares about its customers and I would recommend against using their services in the future.

Wrote the email:
Owner gave a partial refund but appears to have charged a cancellation fee: 2 stars for nickel and diming me about something beyond my control. Couldnt just get the refund over the phone, but rather had to waste time writing a personal email to the owner after the annoying phone call, because owner won’t allow employees to give refunds over the phone= 1 star for having to go through that hassle .
However, excellent drivers, polite and always on-​time= 5 stars.
Guess I’ll average all that it to 2 stars… wish the owner was as polite and customer service oriented as his employees!

Horrible Airport Service … Save your money… Too lazy to wait for your scheduled time … Use a real service not a fly by night

Called to make a reservation, vaguely helpful, won’t answer questions except I’ve to pay and they can arrange it, won’t let me speak about the odd time I will reach, hangs up before I can get the difference in price between shared ride and direct door-​to-​door. Least bothered in helping potential customers, not sure why they are in this business.

On Monday morning, 12/​27, I made a reservation for shuttle service on Tuesday, ¹²⁄₂₈. Shortly after making the reservation, my business trip was cancelled. I immediately called Flightline back to cancel. I called them back less than 2 hours after making the reservation. They refused to cancel and charged my credit card $ 88.00. In addition, they were rude, belligerent and aggressive. When I originally made the reservation, they advised me it could not be cancelled. Due to the storm, and the fact that I called them back so quickly, their inflexibility and belligerent attitude are unacceptable. Because I cancelled so quickly, they did not lose any revenue.
I sent an email professionally requesting a credit due to the circumstances. Their written response was similar to their phone response — belligerent, aggressive and rude. Part of it was in all caps, and they said that they had «gone to great lengths to make the reservation» and that I «took up the clerk’s time». They did not acknowledge that I spent over 20 minutes on hold waiting for them.

I recently had to fly into Manchester, NH on a Southwest flight because Southwest doesn’t start flying to Boston until 8÷16÷09. I used Flightline as my method of transportation back to Boston. It was simple and inexpensive. They stop at Sullivan Square in Charlestown and Logan Airport in Boston. Sullivan Square is off the orange line, two stops away from my home station in Boston (Haymarket) so again, easy. Nice drivers, easy to book, definitely satisfied for my $ 18. I can’t even get a cab from Allston back to the North End for $ 18.

It’s always a hassle to figure out the «who, what, where, when, why, and how» of airport pick up and delivery when you live in the suburbs. Sometimes there’s just no one you can trust!

Stuck up piece of crap with tons of $$$? Set the time and location and they’ll come pick your butt up and drive you in all by your lonesome while you smoke dollar bill$ for fun.
The staff is friendly, the journey is smooth, and the overall experience is stress free!
