I recently had an arm wax done by Holly at Elizabeth Grady in Salem. I have never had this done before, and Holly made me feel comfortable, as well as making it quick and pretty painless.
Something that I noticed is a must have: customer service. Marie at the front desk is so kind and welcoming, and her employees follow suit. Also, i began using EG’s Sensitive Protection cream, and am loving the results.
From pedicures to microdermabrasions, Elizabeth Grady has all spa day necessities! I loved my experience, and definitely will be returning again.

I’ve gotten a lot of facials over the years and no one gives a facial like Elizabeth Grady. Everyone’s kind from Marie at the front desk to my esthetician, Leanne. My skin always looks amazing after and my skin has improved since I’ve been going for more regular facials. And that’s just their signature facial, without considering all the other treatments they offer. They really dig into the extractions and the massage while the masks are setting up are wonderful.

This is one of my go-​to spots when I need gifts to fill my sweetheart’s Christmas stocking. Every year I get her a gift card and every year she comes back from her appointment smiling and refreshed.
As Joana B mentioned, the owner Delia is very professional, polite, and a pleasure to do business with. Given that Joana’s review is over 4 years old, I’d say that Delia still feels passionately about her store and it definitely shows.
The store is located on Route 28 and has easy off-​street parking right in front. There are also plenty of nearby places to «kill time», run errands, or shop and eat if you happen to be driving your special someone to their appointment.

This place has gone way downhill… I used to go here for massages but they cancel last minute and only have very limited hours. They cancelled today but calling me 5 minutes before and leaving no phone message. Then I tried to reschule and the therapist only works 2 days a week! Hire some people and get your act together. I will never visit this location again.

to upsell me, ever! she does here job with pride and care
and you can tell, she truly enjoys doing it.
the front desk manager, I believe her name is dahlia, she is
very very professional and polite.
the store front is always spotless, as well as the treatment room i was in.
My only complaint is the should have white noise machines, out side of the treatment rooms, because i hear the traffic on rte. 28 despite the relaxing music they have playing, but that’s not a complaint, just a constructive comment.
BOTTOM LINE: I LOOK FORWARD TO MY VISITS EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! LOVE IT!
