History

Established in 1980.

Cline Conner started this business out of his home in West Salem and operated under its original name, Special Plumbing, until adding a residential service division in 2002 known as Classic Plumbing Solutions. Realizing the customer wants to invite a service company into their home that they can trust and who will respect their family, their home and their time, he developed a standard practice of only hiring trustworthy technicians who have been background checked and drug tested. He also saw the need for consistent, professional training. Because of the strong foundation Cline laid for his companies, when he had a fatal motorcycle accident in 2005, the current employees were able to continue the legacy. This company works to exceed the customer’s expectations for a plumbing repair or replacement from the first call to goodbye!

Renee’ grew up in West Salem and still resides there. She was trained in the plumbing business since 1987 by her father, Gene Hill, and her uncle, Cline Conner. She took ownership of the business in 2005 and is honored to continue there still.
