incredibly large location. just wish they had a larger staff… as there seems to be always a line of people waiting to see a teller. parking is extremely squished and difficult to navigate backing your car out.

I just went in to deposit some cash, and the gentlemen in a suit behind the counter politely took me outside to the ATM machine and wanted to teach me how to use it, because then they didn’t need to fill out a paper deposit slip.
I already knew how to use the ATM, and I informed him that I prefer to deal with people rather than machines. He politely nodded and kept instructing me on how to deposit the money with the ATM.
Having worked for a bank myself, I was appalled that this would be considered professional conduct – like an available store clerk telling you to go use the self-​checkout instead of assisting you. I didn’t appreciate it, and I won’t be coming back to this branch as long as this is their modus operandi.
Go to the Chase in Fred Meyers near Keizer instead. They treat you like family over there.
