I highly recommend Alexander’s Detailing!!!
I purchased a Certified Pre Owned special edition FJ Cruiser from Heritage Toyota in Burlington, VT. The vehicle was extremely filthy inside and smelled of wet dog. I asked for the interior to be reconditioned during the purchase process and the salesperson told me they would take care of it. All they did was spray deodorizer in the FJ and this made it toxic for me due to allergies and a respiratory condition I have. I live 3 hours away and had been there all day so I bought the FJ and figured I could air it out. I was wrong. The FJ was making me sick and was even effecting my wife so much that she refused to drive with me until it was detailed. The dealership refused to honor their responsibilities and I escalated a formal complain to Toyota USA that is still pending.
My wife found Alexander’s Detailing online and based on the reviews I contacted them and spoke with Rich. I felt very comfortable after the call and scheduled the appointment. I left the FJ late on a Thursday night so Rich would have all day Friday and Saturday to detail and leave the air purifier inside overnight to get rid of the foulness. Rich called me Saturday morning to let me know the job was done and I could pick up the FJ anytime.
WOW, WOW, WOW… The work that Alexander’s did is amazing!
The FJ looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Every nook, cranny and crevice are spotless. The dog hairs that were everywhere [door jambs, seats and even the headliner were covered] are completely gone. They recommended I get a 12v mini ionizer to keep the FJ smelling fresh. It was great advice. I picked one up on Amazon and it’s working great.
This is an OUTSTANDING detail shop. I will not hesitate to bring all of our vehicles back to Alexander’s Detailing going forward. I’m now a Raving Fan.

I called on a Friday afternoon asking if I could bring my jeep in on Saturday to get the interior detailed. Rich made sure I could get in on Saturday for the full detail. I needed the seats and floors shampooed because my dog made a mess of it. When I picked up my jeep I was completely amazed! It looked better than when I bought it. Absolutely spotless, no stains of the seats from my dog, no dog hair in the car, and it smelled great! Price was very reasonable! Highly recommend getting your car detailed here!

I’ve had them do our Sprinter van and my Nissan Murano. We have 5 children and a dog, so the cars were in tough shape. Now they look great and smell good too. Pricing was reasonable too!

I have a stinky dog. He sheds… a LOT. After taking my car to Alexanders, not only is my car hair and smell-​free, it looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Great pricing and excellent customer service!
