Smoke and mirrors. Lazy. Gives every reason NOT to perform covered warranty repairs. Blows me off for jobs that pay better. It’s been two weeks. Collected his deductible and I haven’t seen him since. Landmark Home Warranty doesn’t hire quality vendors. Learn from my mistake (s)!
