Before, and during the photo session(cake smash) she was amazing! She was great interacting with my daughter, and very personable. After the session, was a completely different story. I’m getting angrier and angrier at this photo lady. She said it would be two weeks to get the photos, but when we got to her house, she was like oh I’ll have them Monday. Then she was like oh I’m stuck in Brandon, then yesterday she was like I’ll deliver them but two hours later she has errands, then she would deliver them this morning, at 11 I messaged her and she was like ooooh I’m doing a photo shoot I’ll drop them off afterwards and guess what… Still no photos. Then today, she said today I would get the photos, it’s 6pm, and no photos. I will not use this business again. Five separate times, and days I’ve set up pick up or drop off, and she’s flaked. As a business, don’t say you’re going to do stuff and not do it. It just makes you look bad. Especially, when your client has to contact you, to be informed they won’t be getting their product. I really wanted to get these photos, and have cards made and mailed out for her 1 year. That’s ruined now.
