History

Established in 2004.

Jim and Susan Miller have worked in the construction industry since 1976. Susan started out by working for and organization called WED — which happened to be Walter Elias Disney initials and was one of a small group of designers working on the ongoing design and construction of Walt Disney World in Orlando. Later Susan and Jim worked for various constructions companies and then started providing their own design services working on projects like Jessie’s Landing Resturant in Seminole which was closed a few years ago. They started their own company in 2004 when they began with a historic renovation of a 3000 square foot waterview home in Old Southeast St Petersburg Florida and then incorporated in 2009. Today they are heavily involved in renovations and restorations for multiple investors in the St Petersburg area.

Business Owner

I am Susan and I love to design and craft things it is just my nature. In my free time I am an artist and have participated in shows in the Art Walk in downtown St Petersburg. I love using my artistic talents to help people design a home or room of their dreams using AutoCad 2014 which can show them what their room will look like when it is finished. I love painting in watercolors but not painting walls. Jim my husband provides the knowledge for how to build things and can hand build beautiful pieces of finely crafted furniture. He can match any molding and when your are working on a historic renovation that’s an important asset. He makes sure our customers are happy at the end of our projects and if they are not we do what we can to satisfy them so when we leave they are happy.
