First, they are a predatory lender. They made a horrible mess of our property and did considerable property damage, for which I had to make them reimburse me or remedy their damage. They then neatly rolled their losses over by saying they had to buy additional materials for the job. I am still reeling over the lousy job, and considering legal action.

I was going to let it go but today i received a follow up call…2 months after i had originally spoken with someone. I was getting multiple quotes for an investment home that my business owns. When originally speaking with an associate on the phone they requested my wife be at the meeting… i advised them my wife has no interest in my buisness and would not take a day of her work for a roofing quote. The man got frustrated with this and advised it was Better Buisness Bureau practise that she be there. Again i stated she would not be there at which point they said they would have to call be back later that day after speaking with a manager. Today, i received that follow up call, 2 months later. My advise would be to not even bother calling this company and call Bayside Roofing who completed my roof before this company even got back to me.

Purchased a house that had a new Parlament roof put on less than 1 year ago but the previous owner (investor) did not purchase the warranty. We noticed some issues mainly a dip in the center of roof and pipe is sticking out which they had to keep a hole in the roof. We called Parlament to come out and inspect they did agreed it was wrong and said «we don’t want our name on this job I will talk to owner and get back to you».. After 2 weeks we called them back and manager said there was no warranty purchased so we can fix it but there will be a charge, we disagreed and manager said owner would call. Finally after another week we called and owner he confirmed that they would do nothing unless we paid for repair. . EVEN though it is LESS than a year. Owner and I went back and forth saying that previous owner wanted the cheapest roof and to cut corners. I understand that investors do that but WHY wouldn’t you stand by your work not ten, not five years but 10 MONTHS LATER!!!
BECAREFUL the cute commercials with santa saying lifetime warranty is a LIE!!!
I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I originally chose this company because they advertise on WFLA news channel 8 morning show. I called and made an appointment to get a free estimate. During that call I was asked if there was a mr. In the house. Which frankly + 2015 is a very strange question to ask. Don’t they assume that a woman in 2015 might have bought the house and pay all the bills? I should have asked but the gentleman on the phone was nice and I was kind of taken aback by the question at the time and let it go. So I took a day off from work for the representative to come to give me a free estimate. He arrived in a subcompact car without a ladder. I thought that was strange but he explained that all the measurements are done by property appraisal information and GPS satellite programs. I thought that was strange but I later look that up and he is correct some roofing companies do purchase programs that can give out information on slopes. He went on to give me his presentation about Parliament and what they do for rivers. He was very informative. However he did not give me the estimate saying that the Manager works up the estimates and to give me one on the next business day. He wanted to set up another appointment to come back to give me that information. I told him I didn’t want to set up another appointment until I had an estimate. I informed him that I’d taken the day off to get two other estimates. That is when his demeanor changed he did not seem to like that I was getting other estimates. He stopped his presentation after 30 minutes of being in my house and said well when you want to make an appointment give us a call. & I said why I’m not I don’t want to make another appointment until I get an estimate. He said well will give you a call with that number and we’ll go from there and close this box and he left. He never even gave me a business card. He never wrote down anything. He didn’t even have a pen in his hand. I never even got to hear about their financing program which I had requested as well on the phone prior to his visit. So I’m not sure what information he was going to be taken back in order to finalize an estimate. So I waited 3 business days with no phone call. I called and left a message asking for a phone call in return. That didn’t happen I called a week later after the visit on a Saturday and I had to leave a message. So I attempted 3 times to get an estimate. I don’t think I’ll be using Parliament. & I don’t think WFLA news channel 8 would be happy with one of their clients performance. But I understand that they need to make money too. As you can imagine I do not recommend Parliament roofing and construction. They are not interested in doing business apparently. I will be surprised if they do contact me in return. I won’t be holding my breath.
