I can only speak for my one and only experience with this company, which also happened to be my wedding night. If I could give negative stars, I would. I made arrangements for a limo service for my wedding night two nights prior to the wedding. I wrote everything down, date confirmed, time confirmed, and had the person on the phone repeat it back to me. I then gave my credit card number. They had charged me full-​price immediately, which I half expected, a little odd to charge the full-​price for something when a service hadn’t been rendered yet. Either way, my wife and I were set, or so we thought. Our wedding ended at 10:00pm and at around 10:15pm, our limo had not shown up yet. Needless to say, this was embarrassing as guests were waiting patiently to give us a send off. I called the company and the gentleman I spoke to told me that he had me down for the next night and tried to make me feel like I made the mistake. Nope. Wrong. I had everything written down in front of me. I asked if he could send someone out immediately and tried to be patient. He said no, I asked for a full refund which was given. Honestly, after reflecting on this, it isn’t the worst thing that could have happened and I realize that. Mistakes are made, however, this mistake happened to be made on our wedding night. I would like to believe that they have learned from their mistake, however, I cannot with confidence recommend this company to anyone.
