The staff is rude and argumentative. I dropped off a few things for same day, the girl barked at me telling me it was 8:35, and it’s supposed to be 8:30. I replied the door says 9, not 8:30. She then said the door was wrong, and I’m wrong. Whatever I just wanted to get out of there from that point. This lady/child has a attitude. Then I try to run my credit card to pay for a previous pickup, it’s a smart card and has a chip. Her reader won’t see that my card can be used as a visa. She then tells me that her broken machine is my fault since I didn’t tell her it’s a chip card. This lady/child needs to stop blaming the customers for everything that doesn’t go her way. The cleaners need to remember that they are a luxury service and that we can just stop using them over their poor attitude.

They altered one of my garments without my consent and wanted to charge me for having their alterations person fix it – poor, poor customer service. When I went to drop off my items, the lady behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me and just said: «phone number.» Since she wasn’t looking anywhere in my direction, I didn’t respond until she repeated herself, this time with an annoyed tone and looking at me like I was stupid. I thought she might be having a rough day and just let it slide, left my items. The next day I went to pick up my clothes after 5pm. When I went to check my clothes to make sure everything was OK, the attendant(a different person from the day before) told me they’d found something in one of my pockets and had put it in a small bag they attached to the hanger. When I open the bag, I found the button cufflinks from one of my blouses. These cufflinks were SEWNIN when I brought in the blouse and had been CUTOUT. The attendant tried to argue that they needed to be removed for the dry cleaning process, and I rebutted that the shirt had not been dry cleaned — I had requested it be *pressed*. My blouse had been altered and there was just no excusable reason to do this without my consent. I kept my cool and asked if there was an alterations person in house that could fix it. Yes, there was… but they would have to charge me for the work!!! Seriously!!! The attendant kept playing the I-just-work-here card, the manager is not in, I can call her on the phone, etc, etc. Bottom line, there was just nothing he could do. And there is just no way I’ll risk bringing any garments to this shop again.

24 hour service of dry cleaning, and very friendly. It is located in the strip mall with the Publix.
