Cvs Pharmacy

I would give no stars if I could! They have the most ride employees working in the pharmacy. They cut me off while I was asking a question. They wouldn’t give me a time when my RX was going to be ready. They said they would text me. When I called they said I would have to wait until tomorrow. I had been waiting all day already. This was not a possibility I had to explain to them. Then they were short with me again. These people are rude and won’t ever take my business there again!

I m going to divide my comments into sections about the pharmacy and the store.
Pharmacy
I started going to this store early 2012 when I moved to the area. It took only a few months for the pharmacists and pharmacy techs to recognize me as a regular. Most even knew me by name after that short time.
They put in extra effort to fill strange prescriptions for my cat when she was ill. They even asked if I had received instructions on how to give the medicine to her.
Store
The store is well stocked and neat. This is because they have experienced employees who care. J, C, and C have all been there several years. They don’t lean on the register waiting for the next customer. Instead, between customers, they get out from behind the counter and do stuff in the store.
The CVS extra care card discounts are nice but the employees are my real incentive for shopping here
