This is the 2^nd time I’ve used STLiphoneRepair, and left extremely satisfied both times. Recently, My carrier’s corporate store tried to tell/​sell me that a new phone was my only solution. Instead, im I’m glad I called to schedule service thru this company. My phone was repaired, the malfunctioning part replaced for only $ 35.
Before replacing a malfunctioning phone that’s out of warranty, I will always consult with STLiphoneRepair and suggest others do the same!

So I reset my password just to leave a review about this place.
I bought an iPhone off eBay and the camera didn’t work. Naturally I was incredibly disappointed, but Mike solved everything for me in under an hour. I called the store an hour and a half before he was closing and he got me taken care of for a great price.
If you are considering going to another repair store for an issue with your iPhone, don’t. This is the place for you and especially if you are considering using your insurance through your carrier.
Mike is a fair and honest businessman, he provides great service for a fair price in a timely fashion, which is something we need to see more of today.
If you are having an iPhone issue you can trust Mike to take care of all your needs. You will not be disappointed.

I have used STL iPhone repair twice, and I give it ¹⁰⁄₁₀! Mike has always been able to make my phone look brand new, and it’s nice having someone in town that is able to fix damaged iPhones.
He’s a super nice guy… Although I hope I don’t have to see him again and I’m just more careful with my phone!

Mike is very nice and experienced. He got my phone fixed perfectly with reasonable cost! Also gave me some useful advices.

Fast, Friendly, and efficient. I was given an accurate time frame, which allowed me to plan a couple errands for while my phone was being fixed.

Reputable place to have your iphone or ipod fixed. I took my son’s ipod in, after he had dropped it and shattered the screen. Mike was able to fix the screen. I preferred taking our ipod here (even though it was a couple of days turn around (because of a weekend) vs a kiosk in the mall. I felt it was better to take it to someone that KNOWS what they are doing instead of some kid that may have been hired yesterday and could fix it «while I waited». I highly recommend STLiPhoneRepair

Poor customer service. He acted put out by me calling for directions or visiting his place of business.

My companies Chief operating Officer’s iPhone had a cracked screen from a glass falling out of a cabinet on it. I had ordered a replacement screen off eBay but remembered that I had tried to fix an iPhone previously and that it didn’t go so well.
So I jumped on Unilocal and searched for iPhone repair and STLiPhoneRepair came up and had good reviews. SO I jumped on their website and saw they opened at 11. I also saw that I could schedule a time to go in and get my device fixed. Even though it was only about 10AM the schedule was filled up till 2:15 already so I selected that time and got a confirmation email.
I had called after 11 and didn’t get anyone so I just sat back and waited for 2:15 to roll around. At about 11:15 I got a call and it was the owner calling me back because he saw a missed call. He also connected the name with the appointment I made, I said I was just calling to see if I could come on in and get it done earlier and he said that he wasn’t working on anything right then so sure.
I ran (literally) and caught my COO at his car and got his iPhone from him and drove over to the shop. It wasn’t hard to find and was only 4 – 5 minutes from my business. His setup here is pretty efficient and works for what he does. Mike was really polite and was generally a really laid back type of guy. I wanted to wait on the repair and he was cool with that but offered for me to come back if I was on lunch or had time constraints.
right away he got to working on the damaged phone, I was impressed with his layout of all his tools and really handy piece of paper that had an outline for all the screws and major pieces of the phone so he knew what to put back on and when.
All together for a new iPhone 4S screen and about 35 minutes of waiting it set me back just under $ 80, compared to the iPhone 4 I tried to repair and it took me 4 hours and yet no working screen, this was a huge savings!
Thanks again Mike and I will for sure be sending you our business as well as anyone else I can.

I suggest that you don’t even think about another place or a friend or yourself trying to repair your Apple devices. This guy, Mike Farrar, does it right. I’m a computer tech and know how delicate his work is. He also provided us great customer service and quick turn around time on our shattered iPad. We picked up a good deal on a new Otter iPhone case at his St Petters office as well. (Camo)

Mike was friendly and fast. Used his services in July ’12 when my screen was cracked bad. He was priced better than most competitors too.

Owner Mike Farrar was able to get me a new battery for my 4 year old 3g iPhone and install it fast. Now my iPhone no longer loses power in the middle of every call.

My iphone 3GS is 2 years old and the LCD screen went out. I called around to 3 different cell phone repair shops and STLiphonerepair by far had the best prices. They were $ 20 cheaper than all the competitors. The think I liked the best is he does not charge a diagnostic fee to assess the problem. The other stores charged a $ 20-​$ 35 fee just to open the phone and take a look at it.
STLiphonerepair also takes appointments so you wont have to show up and not know how long it will take.
Brad Milller, owner, was very professional and had my iphone repaired within 10 minutes.
