This plaza is in a busy street between two main highways, surrounded by big neighborhoods and apartments all around, is a great spot for a business. In the past used to be Domino’s pizza, previous owner didn’t have enough skill to use the essential available opportunities in this hot area. In 2009, an ambitious man attempted to capitalize a hot opportunity to use his life time experience in the liquor industry to open a liquor store and named it Hot Spot, because it was literally a hot spot. His humble friendly family and his experience, and the variety and unique collection with best deals and prices, got the whole neighborhood hooked to join his family, since then business has been booming.
